Here we go again!
Exactly one year ago, we produced their first conference, which included meticulous planning and execution from A to Z. This year, we had the honor of accompanying them once again at the 2023 launch event. Beyond the excitement and pride we take in working with Kramer, it's always a pleasure to know that our clients trust us year after year to handle their most significant and meaningful events!
This year's KickOff event had the theme "IMPACT: Our Strategy Starts to Create an Impact." The conference was produced and broadcasted virtually on a global scale, presenting a significant challenge – synchronizing 500 employees from around the world (as Kramer operates in 26 countries), which made setting a time that would work for everyone a task in itself.

We acknowledged that in order to bring a substantial wave of change into the new year, the conference needed to establish a connection among employees with the company's strategy, vision, and the actions of various departments.

But long before delving into the technical details and logistics, we began with the most crucial aspect – defining the conference's purpose.
The overarching goal of the conference was, of course, to kickstart the new year. We acknowledged that in order to bring a substantial wave of change into the new year, the conference needed to establish a connection among employees with the company's strategy, vision, and the actions of various departments across different countries. As a result, we fused professional, strategic, and profound content with a creative concept that added a touch of fun, generating engagement, enjoyment, and motivation.

We brought together our experts at Leave a Mark with Kramer's professionals to create a seamless event from start to finish. This involved designing and creating the event concept, developing content for all presenters, building and designing high-level presentations, writing the complete event script, and producing 360-degree content and videos, from scriptwriting to final editing.

How do you convey a message of positive impact in a way that leaves a mark? Welcome to a conference in a world without borders, where we seamlessly transitioned between dimensions, incorporating elements of augmented reality. We created a global concept beloved by all – TV series and shows, and connected professional content with the series' content, such as:

The transitions between different sections were executed with a Netflix-style browsing interface, complete with trailers that infused the hall with energy and excitement. The conference became a true celebration of the brand, its people, and Kramer's organizational culture, leaving an impact on everyone who participated, in every corner of the world.
