Here are the top five places for professional conferences in Tel Aviv:

If you are part of a company or organization, you probably already know how important it is to find the perfect place that will provide the ideal conditions for your upcoming event or conference. With so many options available, it is easy to get lost and reserve a place that may sound promising, but does not actually provide the right solution for your company's needs.

This is where we come into the picture. Years of planning and producing important conferences and events for companies and organizations have turned us into experts in the field, and in the following article we will offer you the 5 most recommended places for professional conferences that the central region has to offer. The article is not sponsored and the recommendations stem entirely from our own experience. So whether you are planning a conference for a small team or a large scale function, an event for a company, organization or association, grab a coffee and join us here:

1. Riverside Hall - an effective business atmosphere

This was not the first conference we produced for Bezen at the Riverside Hall, and perhaps precisely because of the success of the first one, it was important for us to repeat it. We wanted to make this event something special, to give investors a chance to relax, meet colleagues and friends and think about investments and business from a new angle.

The Riverside Hall, which stands right on the edge of the Yarkon River, was the perfect choice. Along with the accessibility and convenience of the hall, it is a calm and beautiful place. It automatically turns the conference into a slightly more festive event than a conventional gathering. If you want to celebrate business, then why not do it in style? And how did it turn out? Many investors jumped at the opportunity to change the atmosphere, to get away from the computer and to absorb some pretty scenery. They were enthusiastic, surprised and kept telling the conference organizers and us what a refreshing experience it was for them.

The hall provided an ideal work environment that allowed us to produce a unique and pleasant conference that took participants out of their daily routine. We saw the strong presence of investors who came to show support, and witnessed the discussions and experiences that were created in a few hours of a successful conference.

2. Hangar 11 - like clay in the hands of a sculptor

Hangar 11 enjoys a variety of advantages that make it a favorite for many event producers. Besides the central location in the bustling Tel Aviv Port, this location offers an atmosphere of freedom and detachment, a view of the sea and a large, spacious area. One of the outstanding advantages that served us reliably at our most recent conference, was the freedom to be creative.

It all started when Colmobil, one of the largest and leading automotive groups in Israel, challenged us to produce one of their most pivotal conferences and to spread the news about the next revolution in the automotive world.

Inside the complex, we built a real urban garden, full of trees and vegetation, alongside lights and displays that turned Hangar 11 into a completely different entity – new, alive and green. We created an aqueduct that communicated the theme of water through mesmerizing video art that was projected on LED boxes, which were scattered throughout the complex and related to each other. Then, when we already thought we had a winning concept, we decided that we would take it one step further and brought no less than the first two hydrogen trucks in Israel into the hall, on which a video was projected in 3D.

In short, if you have a vision for a conference that is out of the ordinary, Hangar 11 is the place that will allow you to realize it.

3. The conference center - the stock exchange - the beating heart of the business center in Israel

After two years of virtual conferences held on Zoom, we had the privilege of accompanying Israel's leading consumer products group at an analyst conference that we produced and marketed to Electra members. It was there that the company's results for the first quarter and the group's strategic plan were presented.

For a conference where the majority of the audience consists of business people and the main content is the presentation of data, there is no more suited environment than the Stock Exchange's conference center in the heart of Tel Aviv's financial district.

This is of course not the first time (nor the last) that we chose this location. Every time we are here, we manage to hold unforgettable events in an innovative atmosphere that combines modern and contemporary design with an extraordinary service experience. These advantages make this location the preferred choice of companies in the capital market, high-tech sector and other business enterprises.

4. EAST Halls - Business in an urban atmosphere

Anyone who has ever had to present the financial data and reports of their organization knows how challenging and stressful the situation can be. It means being in the center of the stage with data, some good and some not so good. All eyes are on you, on the presentation, on the past year, and on the insights you have to share about the capital market in preparation for 2023.

This is exactly the challenge we faced at the last investor conference of the Melisron company. Beyond the hard work of our storytelling and production teams, the terrain conditions of the East allowed us to tell the company's story in a design language. Through impressive screens for video presentations and the diverse branding options that the hall offers you are invited to see for yourself in the photos below.

So whether it is a study day or a company party, a conference, a launch, a board meeting, a boutique event or any other business event, the EAST-TLV complex has the required flexibility to accommodate your needs. Add to this the winning location, the proximity to the Ayalon routes and the ease of access, the special building, the excellent cuisine and the urban chic, and you have a sought-after event complex for business and private events in the heart of Tel Aviv.

5. DAVID INTERCONTINENTAL TLV – a quality standard

One of the oldest and most well known halls for business conferences, in the central region in general and in Tel Aviv in particular, is the David. A combination of a central location, a large and modular space, parking arrangements and a wide and experienced staff have turned it over the years into a preferred location for organizations and companies, with an emphasis on work conferences. The huge space makes it possible to hold even several events at the same time and enjoy 11 meeting rooms, excellent food, huge screens inside and outside and countless branding options. Over the years David has managed to maintain a high standard of quality along with excellent service.

Therefore, when we were looking for a place to produce the year-opening conference for Profit, Israel's largest group for financial planning, there was no room for mistakes. After a tradition of years in which the annual conference was held in Eilat, we knew no one is as wise as someone with experience, and we chose the David Intercontinental. And how much fun it was, that they trusted us to produce and brand their first event in the heart of Tel Aviv!

In honor of the conference, we prepared speaker presentations led by the CEOs, and then provided some comedic relief with a performance by none other than "Shaoli" (Asi Cohen) who led the party into the night.
