Since we are companies, with a brand and a story to tell, there is no reason for us to publish content that deals with the lowest common denominator like babies and puppies. The audience we are targeting is not millions around the world who are looking for another quick dopamine hit, but rather potential customers who are looking for a solution that we offer.

Remember that time you got a birthday present that was spot on? It's very exciting and personal when someone knows you like that. How do we make our audience feel like we're talking directly to them? We do a thorough job of getting to know them. It's not easy, but it pays off!
After we swim in our customers' pains, daily challenges, dilemmas, and even slang and ways of speaking – it's time to dive into the deep end.
