But what if I told you that I've come to see stress in a different light? What if, instead of being the villain in my life story, stress has become an unexpected hero? Interestingly, stress is also deeply woven into the fabric of human storytelling. It seemed to pop up at the most inconvenient times, making everyday challenges feel overwhelming.
