2020 הביאה לכולם אתגרים מעניינים – אחד מהם, היה של חברת יד2, עם הרצון לחגוג את הניצחונות על השנה המאתגרת, לפרגן ולפנק את העובדים ולקבל יחד עם כל צוות העובדים, את השנה החדשה. התחברנו יחד כדי ליצור את אחד מהאירועים המרתקים לתקופה – כנס סיכום שנת 2020 ששודר מאולפן וואלה TV לכל עובדי החברה בכל רחבי הארץ.
כשחברת הייטק מעוניינת להפיק כנס מחכים לה מגוון אתגרים, ובתקופת הקורונה – כל הפקה של כנס הפכה למורכבת כפליים. קשה לגרום לנוכחים להרגיש חלק ממשהו גדול כשהם "מבקרים" בכנס דרך המחשב הנייד שלהם. איך הופכים את רגעים וירטואליים לגדולים מהחיים, כמו בכנס פרונטלי עם אלפי משתתפים?
הכנס כלל תכנים שנבנו במיוחד ע״י מחלקות התוכן של Leave a Mark
מצגת פרגון לעובדים ולהישגיהם, שנת 2020 היתה שנת מבחן במגוון כיוונים:
מבחן לעבודה היברידית, שמירה על חזון מלוכד ועמידה באתגרים.
ערכנו ראיונות עם ראשי החברה ששודרו בלייב במהלך הכנס, והשארנו מקום גם לפאן – עם מצגת אינטראקטיבית שכללה שאלונים, שעשועונים וסרטונים לצד פואטרי סלאם של מאיה וורטהיימר ועוד הרבה תוכן מגבש וייחודי.
את הכנס הפקנו מקצה לקצה, החל מגיבוש הקונספט הסיפורי של הכנס ועד לאספקת הכיבוד,
ותחזקנו שידור למאות משתתפים ברחבי הארץ עם אולפני וואלה TV.
